OptInFix, operated by Peakenza Software Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides a SaaS platform that helps businesses collect, store, and prove SMS consent in line with TCPA and 10DLC requirements. • Account data: name, business name, email, phone number, and password.
• Brand data: company details, logos, legal text, and webhook URLs you configure.
• Consent records you collect: end-user name, phone, email (optional), IP, user agent, and timestamps. You are the controller of this data; we are the processor.
• Usage data: pages visited, device, browser, and product analytics events.
• Billing data: subscription status, invoices, tax country, and transaction metadata from our payment provider Paddle.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the OptInFix platform.
• To generate tamper-proof consent proofs and certificates on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
• To process subscriptions, prevent payment fraud, and manage renewals.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Consent records are retained for the duration required by TCPA/10DLC recordkeeping rules (minimum 4 years) and as you configure.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security, SHA-256 hashing of consent records, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we apply contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
