Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
1. Introduction
OptInFix, operated by Peakenza Software Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides a SaaS platform that helps businesses collect, store, and prove SMS consent in line with TCPA and 10DLC requirements. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit optinfix.com, create an account, or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, business name, email, phone number, and password.
- Brand data: company details, logos, legal text, and webhook URLs you configure.
- Consent records you collect: end-user name, phone, email (optional), IP, user agent, and timestamps. You are the controller of this data; we are the processor.
- Usage data: pages visited, device, browser, and product analytics events.
- Billing data: subscription status, invoices, tax country, and transaction metadata from our payment provider Paddle.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the OptInFix platform.
- To generate tamper-proof consent proofs and certificates on your behalf.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
- To process subscriptions, prevent payment fraud, and manage renewals.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) and only as needed to operate OptInFix or to comply with law.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Consent records are retained for the duration required by TCPA/10DLC recordkeeping rules (minimum 4 years) and as you configure.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security, SHA-256 hashing of consent records, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we apply contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. To submit a request, contact us at support@optinfix.com.
9. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for login and security, and analytics cookies for product performance and usage insights. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly if disabled.
10. Children's Privacy
OptInFix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
