    This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for OptInFix, operated by Peakenza Software Services.

    2. Subscription Billing

    OptInFix plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel.

    3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all OptInFix subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    Email support@optinfix.com from the email address used at purchase, or include your order ID. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

    5. Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

    6. Payment Processor

    Paddle.com is our merchant of record for all subscription payments. Charges will appear on your billing statement as "Paddle" alongside the OptInFix brand name.
