Free consent form audit

Is the form collecting your leads' phone numbers actually collecting consent?

Send us the page. We check whether your consent language covers both texts and AI or prerecorded voice calls, read it against the FCC's written-consent definition and CTIA's messaging guidelines, and tell you in plain English what's missing. Reviewed by a person, delivered within 1 business day. No call required.

    What the audit checks

Is there consent language at all?

Many quote and consultation forms collect a phone number with nothing next to the submit button. We check whether your form records that the lead agreed to calls and texts.

    FCC written-consent elements

If you use autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts, the FCC's definition (47 CFR 64.1200(f)(9)) expects specific disclosures, including that consent is not a condition of purchase.

    CTIA texting disclosures

CTIA's Messaging Principles (section 5.1.1) list what an opt-in should tell people: who's texting, message frequency, message and data rates, and how to opt out.

    Who the consent covers

If you share leads with partners or affiliates, we flag where the wording leaves them without clear proof that the lead agreed to hear from them.

    How it works

    1. Send the URL of your quote, consultation, or "do you qualify" form.
    2. We review the consent language on that page.
    3. You get the findings and suggested wording by email from sales@optinfix.com.

    FAQ

    Is the audit really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation, and you can use the suggested wording whether or not you ever use OptInFix.

    Who reviews my form?

A person on the OptInFix team reads the consent language on the page you send and replies from sales@optinfix.com within 1 business day.

Do you need access to my website or CRM?

No. We only look at the public page you send us, the same page your leads see.

    Is this legal advice?

No. The audit is general compliance information. For decisions about your specific situation, talk to your attorney.
